This Kabbalah Amulet, made of aged pewter, will guide you through your life to find Love.
The shape of this pendant is that of a hand with the infinity sign in its center (it has the shape of the number eight) On one of the two sides, the sign is vertical, while that on the second side it is horizontal.
The number eight symbolizes new beginnings. According to Kabbalah in the Zohar the number eight means this: for the eighth day was the first day after creation when G‑d went back to work; the week started again.
A bit of history:
Aramaic becomes the vernacular language of the people of Israel, during the destruction of their independence and the deportation or exodus of a large part of their population. Depending on the place and the politico-religious ideas, it totally replaces Hebrew or hybridizes with it.
The immediate reasons for this linguistic transition are not historically obvious, and the oft-cited Exile to Babylon is by no means a decisive factor: during it, and after it, the prophets seem to have addressed the people in Hebrew; the only Aramaic phrase in the Book of Jeremiah (10:11) is addressed to the Gentiles. However, a change is well underway among the masses. Under the rule of the Achaemenids, Aramaic became the official language of the provinces between the Euphrates and the Mediterranean; it is essential in everyday life and in the home.
The duration of this Aramaicization process is not known. Around 300 BCE, Aramaic makes its first appearance in Jewish literature: the Chronicles, relating the erection of the Second Temple in Jerusalem, not only uses the original Aramaic edict, but the narrative itself is written in Aramaic. The Book of Daniel begins in Hebrew, but on the occasion of the discourse of the Babylonian sages to the king, it continues and ends in Aramaic. The use of these two languages indicates their use by the circles in which and for which these books were written: indeed, these two languages were commonly spoken in the time of the Second Temple, Hebrew in the academies and by the elites, Aramaic in the street and by the people.
