The seven branches and the three feet where the branches join the central axis of the Menorah represent the ten sephiroth (Forces of the Divine will), of the Tree of Life of Kabbalah. The central axis corresponds to the central Pillar of Balance (sephiroth 1,6,9,10), the branches on the left represent the Pillar of Force (sephiroth 3,5,8) and the branches on the right correspond to the pillar of Mercy (sephiroth 2,4,7)..

On the back of this Segoula is the engravings of 72 Names of our Creator. This card contains the secret formula by which balance is achieved in all areas of life.
A bit of history:
What are the 72 names of Gd? In Judaism Gd has no name. The word Elohim (Gd) is made from the mention: EL, ELA and ELIM which means a woman, a man and several people.
According to Jewish tradition there is a formula or a name that defines the name of D… This name is made up of 216 letters. The origin of the name is in Exodus 14.
Dividing the 216 letters of the sentence (in Hebrew) by 3 gives us 72 3-letter combinations . The combination of the 72 letter trios, placed in a certain order gives us the secret. Apparently, this is a formula that is common to all things in existence. In the old days, when the Holy Temple still existed, once a year, and only on Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, the Grand Cohen (High Priest) dressed in white entered the inner sanctum of the Holy Temple. People were waiting outside the temple.
The COHEN was to pronounce the 72 names of D…. Only a COHEN could utter them. If his heart was pure, he would live, if his heart was not pure, he would die. It was wonderful to see the great COHEN, the Holy of Holies, come out of the Temple.
But the Romans killed the last COHEN and the secret was lost forever...
