According to tradition, this prayer book belonged to Adam Ha Rishon. The latter was taken from him during the fault.
After his Teshuva, this book was restored to him but "diminished" because of the level of consciousness of the Creator who, too, was diminished by the fault that Adam had committed.
This book includes the Tephila of Adam Ha Rishon as well as the book of Creation and a treatise on the 72 Malahim or Names of G... . At the end are letters mentioned in the Seder Gan Eden which served the Creator during the creation of the world.
