This pendant represents a Star of David with a Silver Chai on the lower left side.
The Star of David (magen David or magen David, literally "shield of David") is the symbol of Judaism. It consists of two equilateral triangles: one pointing upwards, the other downwards.
Today, it is notably found on the flag of the State of Israel. It represents, according to Jewish tradition, the emblem of King David and would also be a symbol of the Messiah (of Davidic lineage). One could say that the term “Star of David” is historic.
